what happens when you find it impossible to fall asleep

When I can not sleep I find peace and comfort just knowing that in cyberspace I can always count one my lampwork buddies to provide me with bead porn. Last night was one of those nights. I went a hunting and a clicking for the perfect site to put me to sleep.
My Facebook friend and fellow glass artisan samma, see she is older than I am which is on of those good to know facts ( long story)! To my surprise as I was clicking I found that link on the left hand side of her profile that led me to her story of a wonderful project that unbeknown to me has been going on the last few years.
Free Give-A-Ways on Blogs. Do you remember when you had to do a Free Give-A-Way on your website to draw traffic! She should know she is older than me. (long story short)!
Her words inspired me to feature her today, to inform you of her give away. My instinct told me grab her while I could and blog for her enjoyment to wake up Sunday morning and have a great chuckle.
She makes a statement of BIG LOVE and Gratitude. She has a big heart she loves to have fun!
Come click on this link and read this story about a this girl named samma, an experienced lampworker who barley keeps her propane tank fed. Then one day she ran out fuel, so she had to ship USPS ground first class parcel post. First thing you know ol’ samma well shes a millionaire, her fellow lampwork buddies say. She has a heart gold and should move to ‘Californy’ This the place you ought ta be. ‘So, she loaded up code and moved her blog instead, no swimmin pool that is just movie stars.
Sorta like me who got was filmed by Kevin O’Grady last year at Bead and Button in Milwaukee!

Do you understand “Greek Mythology”? It so confuses me, so correct me if I am wrong, what I am getting from the reading of this quote is that “Prothyraia” is the midwife birthing the babies,,,,

She is the Goddess of Willendorf when researching this fine lady I discovered that she is among the vast majority of female images recovered from 30,000 to 5000 b.c.e. During this time frame they say it is possible that Woman was revered as the sustainer of life and the life-giver. Possibly the first in the history of beads made by lampworkers.
Paleolithic ppls may have observed the natural process in a woman’s body – menstruation, pregnancy, birth and lactation – **insert my opionion** YUK! drawn parallels between a woman’s cyclical processes and the earth itself.
As people lived closely with earth’s cycles, they also became part of, and dependent upon, the same earth rhythms – birth, life, death, and rebirth.
Earth, or Female, may have taken on meaning as a deity and been considered the Great Mother of creation, or Mother Earth, the sustainer of life. YES! We are women hear us ROAR!!!!!!!!!!
So Great Mother I am hungry can I get a PBJ please & thank you! Maybe you can call me and we can have one of those LE-Chat’s! 
So back to this Prothyraia Artemis lady, guess she was one of her interns! I think I found her here and she’s beading mats!

Icarus the space craft that brought Judith to US from Germany

This photo below shows the torching area of her space ship studio. On the left. can you see the brown apparatus with green hose attached? These hoses feed air or oxygen from the generator. She won’t get that bling if she don’t have that thing!
Now is order to cook a bead you need that red box with the green door, this box happens to be called a Chili Pepper and evidently is her most beloved apparatus. This Hot Chili Pepper cools the beads down slowly overnight. Her most beloved her Chili Pepper kiln.
Follow the green & red hose, follow follow follow, follow the green and red hose!
Turn to the right LOOK LOOK ~ it’s her glass stash! Yummy rods, that make yummy beads and depending on what angle you are at you see that the stash is in front of not “behind the green door” with the red box” depending on which way you are looking at it!
So if you off to follow the green and red hose ~ to her space craft she brought from Germany ~
You’ll find she is a whiz of a Wiz!
If ever a Wiz there was!

I put the set you see below on my watch list, well – of course as sh** happens, it was a hit and miss and I didn’t win them – would of been a great set for Valentine’s Day and that sweetheart bracelet I had in mind!

Lori Robbins love things that glitter, and shiny things distract her like crazy. She is probably of making more bling beads go figure!
I received and email from an anonymous person and then the doorbell rang – so here are some thoughts to think about~
If you were a bird what kind would you be? And Why?
If I were a bird I would be a “Hawk” the one that has, attention, vision, power, energy, leadership, and intensity. I am a bit stifled by this you see, I do pay attention, I have a vision, (power) “only that of what I can control in my life”; energy – you got it like the energizer bunny, I keep on going.
Intensity, do I have to tell you or can you see it in my designs? I do!
Leadership well you see I received my letter of informing me that the BSGC has accepted my resignation as President. The leadership I wanted to make a difference by using the senses that I could find in “The Hawk”. I payed attention, and as I looked into their eyes, their vision was not what I expected. Their intensity to proceed with the energy I had was not what they had in mind. They were nice they signed it sincerely.
Who ever said as one door shuts another opens! It is what it is and it is time to make that Candy Cherry Pie
One more thing – Lori has all the above properties of “The Hawk” – her eBay auctions are up go find them, you won’t be disappointing.
